Since a little girl, Noel has always had passion for hair. Born & raised in Indiana, she took the chance to move to Nashville back in 2012 to pursue her dream in the hair industry even further. With the love and passion, she shows in her career it follows her behind the chair, specializing in extensions & color applications. You can find Noel not only behind the chair, but bringing all things glam to Nashville. From teaching her methods in extensions and color through her brand Elite Co. to working on numerous editorial fashion shoots & production work.

Following her passion in the industry, she has created an oasis that gives an elevated salon experience for all clients, Elite Collective.
